Stella holds a Masters’ Degree in Public Administration (MPA) from University of Botswana (Botswana); Bachelor of Arts (Economics, Political Science and Public Administration) from Osmania University (Hyderabad, India) and; Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) from the Open University of Tanzania.

DR GOODLUCK LYATUU

Director of Programs

Specialist with over 10 years’ experience in clinical and public health management. He completed his Doctor of Medicine (MD) in 2009 at Muhimbili University of Health and Allied Sciences, Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; Master of Public Health (MPH) in 2013 at Dartmouth’s Geisel School of Medicine, Hanover, USA; and Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in 2022 at the Karolinska Institutet, in Stockholm, Sweden

DR LAMECK MACHUMI

Director of Strategic Information

Dr. Machumi holds an MPH from Boston University and MD degree from Muhimbili University. Throughout his work, he has provided technical leadership in project M&E systems, system design, development, and deployment. Monitoring data management applications, coordinating supportive supervision and mentorship of field workers to ensure proper and uniform understanding of the data collection and use system.

MR. DAMASCO PETER

Director of Finance

He worked with both the public and private sectors in the areas of strategy development, operations improvement, project management and financial management. Throughout his over 12 years of experience, Damasco has managed a number of key projects in various areas including HIV AIDS

MR. DAVID MSENGI

Director of Grants and Business Development

David Msengi is a finance expert with over 20 years of experience in grants management, business development, and partnerships. Holding an MBA in Finance, he currently serves as the Director of Grants and Business Development at MDH, where he started in 2011 as a Grants and Compliance Manager. Throughout his career, he has played a key role in shaping the organization’s financial strategies, managing complex grants, ensuring compliance, and driving business development initiatives. David has worked with renowned international organizations such as PLAN International and the International Labour Organization (ILO), gaining expertise in managing large-scale programs and multi-donor environments. His strong network and understanding of the philanthropic landscape have helped him secure new funding and form partnerships with both local and international entities. Additionally, David has contributed to advocacy and policy dialogue, enhancing the organization’s relationships with government bodies. His leadership, financial acumen, and strategic approach continue to drive the organization's success in implementing Public Health Projects
